14+ years in banking and fintech consulting with Accenture, Capco and Fiserv — delivering for institutions including the European Central Bank, Credit Suisse, Commerzbank, Nordea and Deutsche Börse across Frankfurt, Zurich, Vienna, Paris and Helsinki. Built and led Capco's Technology Capability unit and its FinTech Innovation Lab, and directed a 30+ person QA organisation at Fiserv through transformation and a shift to test automation.
